Climate Dynamics
The physical processes in the climate system span an enormous range of spatial and temporal scales. The spatial scales range from several thousand kilometers down to synoptic-, meso- or micro-scales.
In Climate & Space, our research covers a broad range of topics, including atmospheric dynamics, global and regional weather and climate modeling, satellite observations, physical processes in climate models, as well as biosphere-atmosphere, lake-atmosphere, ice-atmosphere, and chemistry-climate interactions.
