Prof. Gombosi to give keynote at 2021 U-M Engineering Research Symposium
The Konstantin I. Gringauz Distinguished University Professor of Space Science will discuss the impact of the space environment on human technologies.
Konstantin I. Gringauz Distinguished University Professor of Space Science, and Rollin M. Gerstacker Endowed Professor of Engineering, Tamas I. Gombosi will deliver this year’s keynote address at the upcoming Michigan Engineering Research Symposium on Friday, November 19, 9:00 a.m. The title of his talk will be “Space Weather: Impact of the Space Environment on Human Technologies.”

The Engineering Research Symposium (ERS) is a College-wide event focusing on students’ research at all levels, from undergraduate through PhD. College of Engineering students are invited to submit an abstract and a poster for one of the poster sessions.
The day-long program features the following opportunities for students:
