CLASP Staff Recognized for Commitment to Vision, Mission and Values
The Staff Incentive Program recognizes staff who consistently demonstrate the College’s vision, mission, and values.
At the University of Michigan College of Engineering, our community is at the center of all that we do. The culture at Michigan Engineering is one of three pillars of excellence that helps us stay focused on forward thinking, including research, education and culture.
Awards and bonuses for faculty and staff who embody the values of the college emphasize the importance of our values in our daily work. Providing professional development and training anchored by core values raises the bar; generating consistency in leadership and a shared understanding among all faculty and staff.
The Staff Incentive Program recognizes staff who consistently demonstrate the College’s vision, mission, and values with a monetary award of up to $1,500.
In January 2024, the recipients of the Staff Incentive Award in the U-M Department of Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering included:
- Stephanie Echevarria, Administrative Assistant
- Joshua Synowiec, Lab Manager
- Heather Vaquera, Project Coordinator, M.Eng. Climate Program
Congratulations to the honorees!
