After receiving their doctoral degree, Dr. Yingjie Zhu will work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Physical Meteorological Observatory in Davos and the World Radiation Centre in Switzerland.
Another CLASP doctoral student has successfully defended their dissertation.

Dissertation Title: “New Insights into the Coronal Heating Problem: Analysis of Spectral Line Widths in the Solar Corona”
Faculty Advisors: Professor Susan T. Lepri and Professor Enrico Landi.
Dr. Yingjie Zhu will be moving to Washington D.C. for a postdoctoral researcher position at the Physical Meteorological Observatory in Davos and the World Radiation Centre in Switzerland where they will investigate the upflows in the lower solar corona using Solar Orbiter observations.
