Spacecraft collision avoidance, space misison design and analysis
Specializations and Research Interests
My research focuses on spacecraft collision avoidance. More specifically, I work on predicting the risk of collision between objects orbiting the Earth, and on studying the effects of uncertainties in the atmospheric density on the probability of collision. I also participate in the CYGNSS constellation analysis and maneuver planning, a mission that has been flying since December 2016.
