Two CLaSP students will receive 2018 academic achievement awards

Two CLaSP students will receive 2018 academic achievement awards Annareli Morales (l), Corinne Florie (r)

Climate & Space is very pleased to announce that two of our students have been selected to receive 2018 academic achievement awards from the U-M College of Engineering. 

Annareli Morales will receive the Richard F. and Eleanor A. Towner Prize for Distinguished Academic Achievement. 
This award is presented to the outstanding graduate student (Master’s or Ph.D. students) in each degree program. Criteria considered by the department awards committee include student’s active participation in research, leadership and academic performance (GPA). 

Corinne Florie will receive the Distinguished Academic Achievement Undergraduate Award.
This award is presented to the outstanding undergraduate in each degree program. Criteria considered by the department awards committee include academic achievement, exemplary character, leadership in class and activities, and potential for success in future endeavors. 

The College of Engineering will recognize the student recipients of the awards and prizes at the annual Student Leaders and Honors Brunch happening later this Spring.
